Kotak Bank's online portal gives you up to 24 months of statements without any branch visit. The process is quick and the PDFs are clean.
Via Kotak Net Banking
Log in at netbanking.kotak.com. Go to "Accounts" and then "Account Statement." Select your account, choose a date range, pick PDF or Excel, and download. Kotak lets you go back two full years from here.
Via Kotak Mobile Banking App
Open the app and tap your account. Go to "Account Statement." Select a preset period like "Last 3 months" or set a custom range. Tap download.
E-statement subscription
Kotak emails e-statements automatically each month. Check the inbox for your registered email. The PDFs are usually password-protected with your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
For older statements
If you need statements older than 24 months, call Kotak customer care at 1860-266-2666 or visit a branch. There is usually a small charge for printed statements beyond the standard window.
